I aim that we co-create a professional supervisory relationship that is creative, supportive and encouraging of your growth in your work.  I offer a warm acceptance of you, your desires, strengths and challenges, backed up by my experience in both the therapy world and prior to that as a consumer insight consultant.  

I use the seven eyed model, which can be used across different therapy modalities.  Through it, we can explore 

1 Your client and how they present

2. Interventions

3. Your internal experiences in relation to your client

4. The relationship between you and the client

5. The relationship between you and me and any parallel process

6. My internal experiences (or the groups internal experiences) in relation to your client

7. The wider systems in which the work is happening

Supervision isn't just for counsellors and psychotherapists, but can be used in any line of work as a place to reflect on and discuss anything that gets in the way of doing your job well.  For instance, I have also supervised a coach, a somatic practitioner, an accupuncturist and a creator of a life-writing course.  I have worked in small businesses, charities, large corporations and government-managed organisations.

I'm a very experienced psychotherapist (30+years) and couples counsellor (since 2007) who is three quarters of her way through her training to be a process-orientated supervisor at CSTD London (a leading training organisation for supervision since 1979). 

Whilst I'm training, I'm offering reduced fee supervision to individuals. 

I'm also offering two (currently free) supervision groups because I'm excited by the rich feedback, support and wisdom that a group can develop. 

The online group meets 9.30am to 11.30am on the second Tuesday of each month.
The in person group meets 1pm to 3pm on the third Thursday of the month in Chipstead, Surrey CR5.
